I strongly disagree. The "T" word is way overused to mean anyone you find annoying.
Like I said above, I wouldn't blame the guy for not participating after the welcome he got. Sure he was over the top hyperbolic in his comments. But that's no justification for the way he was treated, particularly since it was his first post on this message board.
He's not the only new ES buyer to express a lot of disappointment at missing the split screen feature.
Not trying to incite, but it almost feels as if the OP was simply a bot and he/she/it may never come back. Maybe I'm in the minority but I found the infotainment on our 2020 model pretty easy to use and really liked the big screen it came with. Yes the touchpad is kinda wonky, but the touchscreen made it a non issue.

He's complaining about a feature your 2020 has but his 2023 does NOT. In any event, I don't think there a single infotainment system in any car these days that will please everyone.

my 2005 ls430 ul had a 3 split. would love to see that return
