I have a UK-version current ES hybrid. What a wonderful car!
The door mirrors can be retracted manually by pressing a button on the door panel. Has anyone found a way in the software of retracting these automatically when the power is deactivated?

If your model is equipped with the auto-folding function it will be on the switch itself, with a setting - one side of the button on top of the mirror adjustment controls would be labeled "AUTO". If AUTO doesn't appear on the switch then it's not capable of it. In North American built models I believe it's standard on all but the base versions of the ES.
On my ES300h, my power mirrors fold in when the doors are locked. When I unlock the doors, the mirrors automatically extend to where they should be. Now, they remain closed when I unlock the doors. Any ideas how I can fix it or go to the dealer.

Do you see button AUTO around the mirror joystick?
Thanks for the response. I didn't think of the mirror controls on the door. Senior Moment!! I must have inadvertently pushed the wrong button. I checked "auto" and it worked fine.
