Default Buff marks on chrome

I recently bought a new 2022 ES 350, and have a question: Does anyone know if these cars are buffed at the factory? I have found what appears to be buff marks on the chrome pieces that span the top of the front and back doors. I have included pictures of two different doors.

Sometimes the final QC line will perform spot repairs to the paint which can include buffing and in your case possibly inadvertent buffing of adjacent pieces.

Could be anything, really. At this point the question is about removal. Contact a detailer or try at your own risk, using metal polish. Perhaps look up youtube. You can also contact the dealer.

Agree..,if you just recently bought this I’d take right back to the selling dealer. Who knows, they may have done something to in why prepping for delivery. Either way they should fix it for you.

That's not even chrome on those pieces... Manufacturers call it "bright trim"... Usually anodized aluminum or chrome plated plastic.
