Default Master Key

So I took a look at my master key from my spare and main key for 2020 300h and one looks different than the other. One fits and the other doesn’t. I did have it appraised at a Carmax recently and also serviced at Lexus , I wonder if it was replaced with a blank slate one. Has anyone else had this problem? Does this photo look like a blank master key before it’s cut?

No. You just have someone else’s key.

Do both FOBs work?

If not, it's pricey to get them re-paired electronically. As for the physical key, that can be recut easily, but I'd sure say it should ALL be on Carmax's dime.
