I see you live in AZ? Plenty of nice weather compare to some regions of U.S so 3 times a year is suffice to keep it looking good with traditional wax. After being weekend detailer for a few years I graduated to ceramic and graphene coating so once every couple a year is more than plenty for me. When weather is nice I just do a quick maintenance wash. Now it's a breeze with these coating and throw in a topper every now and then. My cars look like they just came out of a show room floor compare to most folks in my neighborhood. I take pride in keeping them clean.

no, it is the preparation that is a real pita. preparing the surface is key so you can get the best outcome with optimal longevity. You want a pristine surface before applying the coating. For most people some minor paint correction is required before hand.

Your car looks great. I wash weekly weather permitting and also vacuum interior. I apply a spray wax every few weeks and my paint looks similar to your picture

I've been using the Turtle Wax hybrid ceramic and new Graphene coatings and find them excellent for ease of application, removal, luster and water beading. Have you tried any of these products?

I follow a few professional detailers on Youtube and watched various head to head comparisons. TW has come a long way. It is good for what it is but I am looking for something more durable. Once my other topper sealant runs out I may use TW as a topper.

Turtle Wax's ceramic spray coating product did really well in Project Farm's testing. I bought some and really like the results.

Since the original post asked about inside (interior, I presume) detailing, I would recommend the 303 protectant.

This stuff is amazing whether you have an existing ceramic coating or not.

Maguiar's also has some excellent products, although I would stick to their "Ultimate" line if you buy it retail rather than on line. I use some Maguiar's, some Adam's Polishes, and some GTechniq.

I may be a little compulsive about car care. I've put ceramic coatings on both cars, and typically clean/maintain them weekly. I don't like doing interiors, so the interior gets a little neglected sometimes. Although between working from home, online shopping, and not being able to go out very much, I'm doing much better! There simply isn't anything else to do. ! I've even heated our garage so I can work in there year 'round!

Try Turtle Wax ceramic coat spray. it's all the rage right now. it's the strongest product on the market and super easy to use. it's resistant to extremely harsh chemicals, lots of youtubers are trying to break it but can't. it's an amazingly cheap and hard product. I did two coats on my brand new ES =)
