Question remote tire pressure incorrect?

Just wondering for those using the Lexus app if there are any issues with reading tire pressure. The app said it's 42 PSI all around but when I took out the mechanical tire pressure gauge it says 35. Does anyone know how often the app get the update? Also I can't seem to find the button to store PSI info as it isn't located in the infotainment.

Where in the App are you seeing the Tire Pressure? I don't see that anywhere on mine.

The info is under "my garage" in the maintenance list. I've found both cars we have display accurately when compared to an Accutire gauge reading. It takes about a minute for the car to register the pressure, and obviously, the first reading from a cold tire is ideal. The app will show the inflation after the car is parked, so its numbers are a hot tire reading. It does not update as the tire cools. Below are from the two cars on our Lexus app.

I had to double check and used another mechanical pressure gauge. As it turned out the first gauge is defective. Same brand I bought a few years back. So the app is spot on!
