Is anyone having this bluetooth issue ( when using the Galaxy 9 note ) . While using the bluetooth and being on the phone, its disconnects every 2 days, guess works in his car, always on the phone, 4-7 hours a day. Also, system in the last 10 months has shut down and them reboots on its own. vehicle is an es300h .

 

Mine is Galaxy S6. No ssues ever.

 

Have a S8 and wife has S9 and neither have had issues. I would try to disconnect the bluetooth by deleting the device (Lexus) and than repairing . Next step go to your phone and settings, apps, upper right hand corner three dots (menu), show system apps, scroll down to bluetooth, storage than clear data and clear cache. This has helped when had problems with earbuds and other bluetooth devices.
