On the gen 6 Lexus ES cars there was a way to insert a custom image onto the display. When the car was started, the image would show for about 3 seconds. This was done by a USB flash drive in the center console. With the 2019 I searched both the Navigation owner's manual as well as the ES 350 owner's manual and could find no instructions on how to do this. So I went to the dealer tech guy and asked if he could show me how to do it. After about 30 minutes in the car going through various settings and again searching the manuals, he stated that he was not sure if this feature was available on the 2019's. Said he would do some further checking and let me know. Am wondering if anyone else with a 2019 has tried this and been successful, or if, in fact, this feature has been eliminated for 2019.

It has been eliminated. It's no longer an option on the Gen 10 systems. That also goes for other Lexus models with this newer system.
