I bought the new 2019 ES in September and love it. I toggle between Spotify, FM and SiriusXM, of course, my phone is connected with USB cable. I noticed when I'm listening to SiriusXM ONLY, the voice command won't work but it will work when I dial it on my phone, defeats the purpose of 'hands-free'. I've updated my phone and even re-started it but still not working. Anyone know how to fix this?

Voice recognition is pretty much garbage on this car. I recommend plugging in carplay and using Siri instead.
