I'm trying to find a UL w/o the pano roof. Anyone know if the pano roof is a standard build of the ULs? I know it's an option but I'm wondering if most dealers end up getting the ULs with the option included.

I think that most UL's do come with the pano roof. All the way since gen 6 came out. I would not only want one w/o the pano roof but no sun roof at all. I know, I know. No Lexus comes w/o a sun roof... I just don't like them and don't use it...

The pano was standard and only available on the UL 350 until recently. I think 2017 they made it an option on lower models. I think it makes the ES stand out. I probably wouldn't have my ES if it weren't for it. I actually use it whenever it's not raining and above 50 degrees. I used to love T-Tops too, though.

For unknown reasons it seems that all ES 350 in my area started coming with pano roofs about last March - a $500 option and then a $500 credit. I assume Lexus had ordered or committed to so many pano roofs and the model year was closing out. I kind of like the look when closed but only opened it once to see if the noise was less - it wasn't and I will probably not open it again during my 3-year lease.

Why not get the noise fixed? Mine has been dead silent since new.
