Yes I was talking in terms of generation.
Obviously the components are different. The P710 is mostly just a beefed up P610 from the Prius4.
The point was just that current Toyota hybrid system didn't evolve all that much in the last 10 years, even more so for our 7th gen ES.

The concept is the same, but they changed the layout of the MG1 and MG2 for less losses and made it smooth as silk.
