Anyway, I eventually found it. Didn't knew this existed, I was visualizing a leaf blower for this.

Have you had it for many years? It's so laud that you need earphones? An Amazon user reported "Blows so strong it breaks the cheap hose". I found an Adam's unit at almost half price, but people also reported a cheap hose.
Ha! I'm not responsible for the contents of your search!

I got mine in 2018 and haven't had any issues. The nozzle at the end of the hose can come lose over time but I just make a habit of making sure its seated. It has actually gotten better at staying put over the years. Never had an issue with the actual hose. The main difference between the masterblaster and a leaf blower is that it heats the air. This means the tiny droplets eventually evaporate along with flying off the car. Definitely not needed for a good detail, just a toy I enjoy using. It is loud, but I'm not sure I would say it's any louder than a leaf blower. I remember a funny story from when I first got it. My neighbor across the street knows I'm into detailing as he always see's me out there washing my cars. Anyways one day I'm masterblasting and he comes over running and says something like "damn! I heard that noise and I thought he's done it, he's finally gone and installed a commercial car wash in his garage!".

This is the one Amazon history says I have. Paid a lot less than that in 2018 though!

Is polish necessary? I’ve heard that our models have a self healing film on the paint so polish would ruin it.

I find using the masterblaster relaxing. I just put on my earphones and go at it.
I also had to google Masterblaster. Interesting tool. I have an Ego brand leaf blower and they make a little snub nose (about 6 inch I believe) that I use for blowing the bulk of the water off - especially in spots that trap water like the grill. Then just a microfiber to catch the rest - and doorjambs. I am a bit OCD and take my time, but I also find it somewhat relaxing.

Lexus says not to use any products that have abrasiveness. I've read about people using Menzerna Super Finish Polish without issue others have said you can't use any polish at all.

So I don't know.

Actually, BC, "wheels" for "car" is not just a saying, it's a recognized figure of speech called synecdoche, in which a part of something is used to stand for the whole, like "new threads" or "hired hands."
So it is that you are more of a poet than you knew.

I would suggest not using anything abrasive on the paint, unless you really know what you are doing and are repairing some damage and know how to restore the damaged area.
A "self-healing film on the paint" sounds like magic to me. No, not really magic: I meant to say snake oil.

The clear coat flows when it gets warm (sun exposure) which will heal minor scratches. Of course if you compound the paint and it gets too hot that could create a total disaster the compound will combine with the clear coat. I personally think it's a terrible idea instead make the clear coat much more scratch resistant like it used to be on a Lexus.

That’s exactly right. Non abrasive paste, the softest possible pad and very slow rotational machine.

It is very easy to damage the paint, escpecially on the bumpers.

It (so-called self-healing paint) seems to be primarily a Japanese thing, with mainly Toyota, Infinity and Nissan using it, from what I gather online. There may be some other examples, but not widespread.

don't know if you've ever come across these little turbo jet fans on your instagram feed but I eventually gave in and bought one from Temu and I always show it off to all of my car friends. This is the one that I bought but pretty sure it's all generic and you can buy any other listing that's cheaper as long as you pay attention to the specs. Amazon has them too but more expensive.

It has ridiculous power for it's size and battery lasts long enough for me to dry my entire car about 95%. I live in an apartment so no need to have a leaf blower. Note that I do wet spray meguiars hybrid ceramic wax after a wash so water beads up faster.

You mean he didn't get the whole car? Just the wheels? Or you only wish him good luck with the wheels and not the rest of the car?
