I have a 2019 ES350 with an SOS button that continues to call emergency services over and over, only way to stop it was to disconnect battery. Car has been at dealership for 3 weeks and they can’t figure out a fix. Has anyone experienced the same or similar issue?

I've had this very annoying issue, my car has been at the dealer for 6 weeks. The DCM was replaced and then this kept happening and had to return the car that same day.
What was your solution or how was it resolved?
That's what they said they will try, but just got a text that Lexus has to do an Over the Air firmware programming that's associated the new DCM with the car. Something the dealer can normally do but in this case and specific to my car it had to be done by Lexus. I guess it make sense, new DCM not matching up with the car and expecting the old one's info (DCM).
