This is what you want. Best price I could find. I needed some for my '19 after pulling that cover off to clean all the leaves out of the radiator area.

I have a similar set from Amazon. Although they work, they are not the same as OEM. The OEM push pins require no tools to remove them (simply push the button to release) as opposed to the latter that requires the supplied pry tool.

Exactly, they worked though , and dirt cheap, and pry tool is included, and you have 200+ different pieces as spare for all of your cars. Over the time when you bringing your car to a shop or dealer for oil change and other services, they will loose your pins and clips and bolts here and there and everywhere.

Or you can buy OEM Toyota/Lexus one for $1 each, each time
