I'll wait for the Lexus 20% off again, looks like it happens 4-5 times a year.

I followed your same chain with the VIN for my 2019 Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury. From www. t o y o d i y .com I got the same frame characteristic from my VIN as you did, the same "Search => 89904C" result from partsouq as you did, and the same parts.lexus result as you did. However, if you gnaw on the bone a little bit more I think you'll find there's no good stuff to find inside that particular bone you're gnawing on.
First, if you click on the part number link "8990H33261" from the partsouq "Search => 89904C" result, you find that link returns "Nothing found." for those particular link parameters.
Second, if you check the "WHAT THIS FITS" for the "8990H33261" part number at the two parts URLs you included (and any other Lexus parts sites for that matter), you won't find any 2021 ES model type listed let alone your specific 2021 ES 350 F Sport.
Lastly, you can also search for the 89904C part code for the frame characteristic at www. t o y o d i y .com. Doing so, for the common frame characteristic for your 2021 ES 350 F Sport and my 2019 ES 350 Ultra Luxury, yields:
ES 350 Frame Characteristic GSZ10L-BEZGBA Lock Cylinder Set parts
Notice the "Not applicable" for the "89904C TRANSMITTER SUB-ASSY, ELECTRICAL KEY(CARD KEY)" entry (and every other (CARD KEY) associated entry)?
Perhaps I'm just too much a pessimist, but if you want to go ahead and purchase this one I think you're going to end up with another key card to add to your collection of key cards that don't work with your 2021 ES 350 F Sport.

If you search for the part number 8990H-33271 at look at just US Lexus parts sources, you'll find that part number fits only 2021 and 2022 Lexus LS 500h, Lexus UX 250H BASE, Lexus UX 250H F Sport, and Lexus UX 250H Premium models. No ES let alone an ES 250 to be found in the "WHAT THIS FITS" listing.
Also, no non AWD Lexus 250 is sold in the US and Canadian market so you're looking at an ES configured for some other international market region (or regions) that may be using a different firmware and encryption protocol that's incompatible with that used in a US 2021 ES 350 F Sport keyless entry system.

Also before putting much trust in that particular web site, might want to read the Beware of: LEXUSPARTSNOW.COM thread.
