Hello all, My wireless charger heats up my phone and apple play misbehaves/freezes as a result.

I cannot figure out how to turn off this wireless charger. I have a 2023 ES 350. Any idea how to turn this charger off? Older models there was a button, but not on the 2023 model.

I saw on another thread where putting phone face down it won't charge. Should be a switch somewhere either manual or in menu but others says no and could not find a dedicated fuse either (Ridiculous) Maybe just put a thick rubber pad there to lay phone on face up.

 

From page 286 of the 2023 LEXUS ES300H OWNER'S MANUAL:
There's also a diagram showing the charging area in the center of the charging pad with dimensions of approximately 2.8 inches by 2.4 inches.

When the charger power supply is off, the Qi logo will disappear from the 8/12.3 inch center display and the charging pad indicator light will be off.
