Has anyone been able to fix this issue? I have a 2023 ES 350 Ultra Luxury with the Digital Key. I don’t have any of the App options that I see others have like Horn or Climate. Any ideas?

My app has the same features as yours, I think only the newer models like NX and RX have the extra features. Mine is a 2023 as well.

2023 ES here also; same interface. I think the climate control comes on when you remote start though.

You need to have a vehicle with the 19ePF V2 electrical platform to have the remote climate feature. The 2023 ES has the 15ePF electrical platform so there's no remote climate feature. Since the Lexus app supports vehicles with different electrical platforms (with different supported feature sets), what the app's capability is and displays for one vehicle type isn't necessarily a capability feature available and displayable for a different vehicle type.

For a brief summary of the differences in features between Lexus's electrical platforms, see Northside Lexus's Melissa O'Connell's Top 10 Things to Know for Lexus Interface Vehicles - Tech Tip Tuesday video starting at the 32 second timemark:

^ Yeah I only realized after I bought the 23 ES that I wouldn't be getting all the features as the new NX and RX with 19epf, particularly the remote climate. Would have been nice, but I'm not bothered, after testing a new NX, you would have to pay me $$ to swap to one of those.
