Remote Down Windows
You can ask dealer to enable the option for free, all toyotas have this option in the techstream. You just hold the unlock button on the remote and it ipens windows. Or you can buy a obd dongle for like 15 $ from amazon and download carista app and enable the option yourself.
If you purchase new all Lexus dealers will do a one time update of the customized settings for free. Some will do it more than once for free. I've always looked at all the customizable settings available in the vehicle I'm purchasing and given the dealer the list of changes I wanted as they're setting the vehicle up for delivery.
Use your pocket brain to do that for you or at least remind you to remote start your Lexus.
IIRC, you're using an Android phone. It appears there's means of automating tasks on Android but I don't know how elaborate you can get with general task automation and what Lexus Android app tasks are enabled.
On iOS/iPadOS devices (of not too old versions) the Lexus app supports automating remote starting (amongst others). Commanding a remote start can be conditional based upon ore or more things such as geofenced location, date(s), time of day range, current weather condition, etc.

I had this enabled on my 2007 ES. Thought it was great. One day at work people were asking who’s Lexus in the parking lot because the windows and sunroof were open… it was raining! Apparently the key fob was being pressed in my pants pocket.
Never happened again. I also had it enabled on my 2010, 2016 and 2018. Hardly used it in the summers to vent the car.
I did not have it enabled on my 2022. Benefits vs risks. Besides the 2016 and 2018 they key hole was exposed on the drivers door to close all windows and sunroof with the key, not on the 2022.

Have had our last six Lexus's changed to allow this feature that needs to be done at the dealer. Just hold down unlock button for three seconds.
While I was having my 20,000 mile service done I asked the service writer to program remote open/close all windows and sunroof to my key fob (wanted same feature as my previous 2015 MB E 350 which needed no programming, simply press the keyfob window down button twice, holding it down on the second press, for close same process just up button) he was able to program the open all windows and sunroof, he stated Lexus does not offer close all windows and sunroof from keyfob.
i have a 22 300es ul model and the way i understand it is , one has 2 options to choose from , not both and that is one can program it with the key fob to have windows down and sunroof open but car will not start or have windows up and sunroof closed and car will start. If you decide to open the car door the car will shut down and since i have the software and cable i have verified this to be the case

If adding opening the moon/panoramic roof to the window opening mix is acceptable, see item 31 of the 2022 ES 350/250 Lexus Personalized Settings. It is listed as a dealer only changeable setting but most likely there's third party means of changing that setting.
