Hi Everyone,

I have a 2013 ES 350 and all my door locks work except the passenger side door. I am able to manually lock/unlock the door from the inside but using the FOB or buttons I get no response from the passenger door.

I am seeing lots of threads for older models that point to the motor/actuator... Any thread for the 6th gen? Looking for a DIY guide. I am not opposed to replacing just the motor if it is not crazy involved.

Any advice is appreciated.

Actuator motor is not difficult to replace. Just needs working around small places once you remove the inner panel and insulation on the door.

Can anyone share details/specs for the motor itself (not the entire actuator). Found many available on Amazon/eBay etc, but need to know details of what the 2013 ES300h uses.

My drivers side door is starting to act up in my 2013 es350. I bought the "platinum warranty" or something of the sort when I purchased the car. Any chance this issue will be covered? My next call is to the dealer with the same question. Thanks.
