Clicking noise
#2
Take it to a tire shop and have them inspect it.
I had something like this once (not on my Lexus). It was a small part of the tire pressure monitoring system that had broken off. When you went slow (ie starting up) or coming to stop, it would make a rattling sound. At normal speed you did not hear it as centrifugal force would keep it pinned to the tire skin.
It could be a tire weight or something dislodged inside the tire.
(Added later)
You can tell if it is the tire by taking it off , and then rolling it along the ground. If you hear a noise, then it is definitely a foreign object within the tire casing.

I have a 2015 model and have the same issue. It is more noticeable when car has been parked for some time and then once you drive or back up you hear the noise/clicking sound on the front left as you press on the break pedal. It goes away after awhile but it is still borderline annoying. I took it the Lexus dealership but said they could not replicate the issue. The rep also mentioned some "play" on the calipers which he said is common with IS & ES models. Anyway, the noise like I said is annoying.
