Spots on dash glass - is it possible to be inside the glass?

I have the answer:

My Prius had the same problem with spots on the dash that I used everything to get out. What finally worked was a silver polish called Blue Magic.

it's a non-abrasive blue paste. Apply a small amount, rub in circular motion, let dry and use another rag to remove residue.

Works perfect.

I'm having similar issues on GS350 F-Sport out of warranty. Looks like it could be mold, send to be slowly growing/expanding
