How has this new grille been holding up? The chrome surround pitting or discoloring at all? The plastic grille part is so large and it seems somewhat flimsy. Will it withstand going thru a car wash that isn't brushless?

I normally hand wash and wax my cars spring, summer, and fall but our harsh winters dictate using auto washes.
