2015 ES Trunk won't unlatch
My 2015 ES trunk lid won't unlatch. Either the in cabin push button or the fob hold trunk.
I have studied several schematics and they all reference the motorized trunk lid. All mine has in the latch and the lid springs open. Much like the Avalons do.
Does anyone have an idea where to look for a solution?

My arm is too short to reach the handle.
Without pulling all the fuses. From inspection I can't observe any fuse that is blown.
Is it safe to assume the fuse for the trunk motor is the same for the my trunk latch without the motor?

Are you familiar with the valet trunk lock-out button in the glovebox? There is a button in the glovebox near the center console that will disable the trunk.
Idea is for valet, you give them the fob but keep the mechanical key cut with you. You lock-out the trunk and then lock the glovebox and valet can only access main interior space.

Pretty sure this model ES does not have a trunk keyhole. I recently replaced trunk actuator on a 2008 and it did not have a keyhole.
