Can't see it clearly in the linked photo but the 2014's with HID headlights have LED foglights. If the foglight has a rectangular reflector it's the LED and thus a '14. Round it is either the '13 or a lower trim '14.

Get closer and check out the VIN. 10th digit is a "D" on a '13, "E" = 2014.
