The First New ES Sold in Guam!
This past Wednesday, Atkins Kroll Lexus Guam officially launched the new 2013 ES. They were the first to launch and first to sell in the United States! Congrats to the new ES owner!

Guam- New technology, attractive design and interior amenities are just some of the new features of the new Lexus Atkins Kroll (AK) premiered Wednesday night at its annual Event of the Year.
AK took the wrapping off the 6th generation 2013 Lexus ES Wednesday morning during a press conference at the AK Lexus Showroom.
The completely redesigned luxury vehicle will also be offered as a hybrid model with new "blind spot" and "rear cross traffic alert" features. AK Marketing and Sales Director Sammy Sotelo says the launch of the new Lexus line will “shatter expectations”, especially at their annual event. He mentions AK is teaming up with the Tumon Sands Plaza to deliver magic, dessert, live music and other surprises for its customers.
“What to expect tonight for the Lexus owners is a surprise” said Sotelo. “It's an event that will shatter your expectations...from a luxury standpoint, from a vehicle standpoint. We want to create a unique experience between 6 to 9 p.m..”
He adds about 6 people will receive $1,000 shopping sprees at the event. Under 1,000 people are confirmed to attend.

Guam - A special event is happening this evening as Atkins Kroll reveals the sixth generation 2013 Lexus ES. Lexus has partnered with the Tumon Sands Plaza for the launch party, offering discounts and giveaways to its luxury stores.
USA Toyota Motor Sales Lexus Division National Manager Paul Williamsen flew in for the launch and explains that, for the first time, the Lexus ES will be available with Lexus Hybrid Drive. "This is the best we can build right now. The models just began lighting off from factory two and a hald weeks ago, so these literally are the first ES's to come out of the plant," he explained.
"But there will certainly be more Lexus with product moves this year and perhaps even next year. We are going to keep advancing the art not only in this segment but in all the other segments in which we cater to."
The 2013 ES models also offer blind spot monitors and a next-generation remote touch device.

MSRP: $50,874
Obviously this doesn't reflect what is priced for us in the mainland as Atkins Kroll is a distributor of Lexus in Guam, just like Servco Hawaii, Gulf States Toyota and etc. The distributors usually set their own pricing structure as they don't sell the volumes that Lexus USA sells. My guess is that the $50k msrp is for a loaded Ultra Luxury Package ES:
