New rims - technical question
Hi guys.
I have a question about installing different rims on my ES350 (2018):
I’m looking at some rims from Hubcaphaven and it is mentioned that tire pressure sensors are not included.
Can I transfer the sensors from the original rims to the new ones?
Also, my original rims have an offset of 40mm and the new ones have 45mm. What does that means and can I still install them?
thanks very much!

You can reuse your TPMS or you can get some aftermarket ones that can have their IDs cloned to match the IDs of the originals. I had a tire shop use Autel sensors that cloned easily and read perfectly using an Autel hand-held programmer...a tire shop should have one. If you are making a permanent wheel change rather than just seasonal then just reuse your originals. For offset differences use this page: https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?whe...cl=50mm&sr=0mm. Put original specs in left side and new ones in right then check below for clearance and diameter effects.

Yes the 45 offset will work. I had 40 offset on mine and put 45 on with no issues. Just do not put a huge wide tire on it.
Yes you can transfer the original TPMS sensors.
