Default Losing air- air sensor?

So ive been losing air slightly on my 2015 es 350, originally pumped air to 36 psi and front tire would go to 33- 34 while all my other tires were on 36. Took to tire shop who didn't find a nail but said it's the air sensor and should purchase a new one- i didn't see anything on close examination but just left and took his word.

i took a picture below if this is possible and if anyone can see it? If so any recommendations where to purchase the part online like oem vs aftermarket.
thanks

Probably only need to change the valve stem. The seals are probably worn.

You will have to break the bead in order to replace the seal. Repaired quite a few of these at my friends shop.

It's not something you can do yourself. Any service station with a tire machine can do it. The sensor is removed and this contains seals to replace the leaking one.
