Lexus Drivers web site
I went looking for an owner's manual on that site and it was down yesterday but today, even tho I had to resign up several times, I was finally able to get in. I think you just have to keep trying and you will eventually find a door in.
Glad you were able to get in.. I tried for what seems like a month or more. Lexus customer service said they tried to resolve the issue but couldn't, so they deleted the account and had me create a new one. all good now.
I hadn't logged into the Lexus Drivers' site for quite a while, but I tried today, and I was not able to get into my account. I got a pop-up that said that my email address or password was not valid.
I get the same message when I try to log into the Lexus Enform app. I also get that same message if I try to log into the Toyota Entune app for my RAV4.

As a follow-up to my post above, I tried logging into the Lexus Driver's site by using my Google account, and I was able to log in immediately with no problem. Anyone who is still having a problem logging in might want to try logging in view their Google or Apple account.
Lesz... glad you were able to get in, but I tried everything, including using my google account. couldn't get in to the lexus drivers site OR my Toyota owners site. It took some time but finally tech support just deleted my account and I had to re-register. Now I can get in easy enough, but apparently my lexus and toyota accounts are tied together... same username and password to access both. go figure.
Hey guys / gals... do any of you ever use the Lexus Drivers web site? https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers I used to go in there every once in awhile to keep up with my service history. But lately I am unable to sign in, and just wondering if it's just me or if they've changed something...
I'm having issues as well. Doesn't matter what browser I use, always directs to: https://aem.drivers.lexus.com/lexusd...?errorcode=500
403 - Invalid URL
This is after logging in to the site. I did reset my password recently, and since then the same thing over and over, as above.

I can only offer that I just logged in without issue. The Lexus information technology such as the web site and the apps do not have a very solid history. I think most have just had to have their accounts reset by calling Lexus and then setting them back up again. I wish there was better news - but I would just start by calling Lexus support and working with them.
In the last week, I was having trouble getting the Alexa app to connect to both of my vehicles.
I ended up calling the Lexus dealer's tech specialist to get help connecting the Alexa app to the Lexus Enform Apps Suite with my 2017 ES. He got that fixed. But I also mentioned my problem logging into the Lexus Drivers site. He deleted all of the information from my account there, and I was then able to log into the site.
I still haven't gotten the Alexa app to work properly with my 2021 RAV4. If I spend about 20 minutes playing around with it, I can get it to connect. But, 20 minutes later, it stops working, and I get a pop-up telling me either that the Toyota + Alexa app isn't connected or that the Toyota app needs to be running, and I can't seem to fix that problem. At this point, only my OCD tendencies are causing me to try to get the Alexa app to work because I know that I'm spending more time trying to get it working than I ever will spend actually using the Alexa app.

I cannot see the benefit of the Lexus + Alexa app. I can do the same things with Apple Siri and I know Android has a similar assistant. I explored it when we first purchased the 2019 and decided it wasn’t worth the trouble. Plus you have the additional complexity of an additional app that has to be running to use it. I use Alexa/Echo a great deal in my home as I have a range of home automation equipment, but I just don’t see it’s use in a motor vehicle. I see this as a solution in search of a problem.
Like I said, my persistence in trying to get it to work is based primarily on my OCD tendencies, and, if something is supposed to work, I will keep trying until I can get it to work.
However, the good news is that I did finally get it to work in the RAV4. What I did was went into the (Android) settings to phone maintenance. I had it clean up files and shut down apps that were running in the background on the phone. After I did that, Alexa worked as it is supposed to have worked. The downside that I see, though, is that, every time you restart the car, you have to make sure that the Toyota and Toyota + Alexa apps are open, and you have to respond to a pop-up on the phone to give the apps permission to run.
Like I said, I'm not likely to use Alexa when I'm in the car very often. If I want to do something like changing the temperature on the house's smart thermostat so that the house will be heated up or cooled down by the time I get home, it is just as easy for me to use the app for the thermostat. Still, my brain can feel now relaxed because I did get the Alexa app to connect to the car.
