Default Finishing steps.

Strut minted on the car. Everything same just in reverse order.

Make sure you torque every bolt and nut to owner manual specs. This is picture with tire mounted.

Upper shock tower ,as you can see mounting plate is still good but painted in red.LOL. All part red ....ha ha ha.

And that is it front suspension done .cheers... Next we will post next thread step by step for rear struts installation.

KYB garbage product ,I will never buy again. As you can see bumpstop just split.

On both front struts KYB product was broken .What a waist of money After that we didn't have choice but to put old OEM Bumpstop.back on new struts.

Close-up of damaged kyb bumpstop I was so angry But bright side was that my buddy hooked me up with very nice COIL COMPRESSOR TOOL.

Super fast removal of coil and replacement of ,strut, bellow, bumpstop, mounting plate, bearing or anything.Using this tool was saving me a lot of time.

I will never use this garbage product again

After replacement was done we have installed struts back on the car You can see old yellowish OEM bump stop

Even here on other side you can see also KYB product DUST BOOT that is broken too .I WOULD NEVER BUY ANY KYB PRODUCT EXCEPT STRUT ONLY .on top you can still see OEM bump stup we had to put back on this new strut

By the way we did make some modification after job completed We made new bracket ,holder for bottom part of the strut to avoid using chain.

Welded bottom of the coil compressor tool to make it stronger for Rx 450h struts and coils replacement.

Finished and painted security bracket.

Welded bottom of the coil compressor tool ,made it stronger and painted

Final product improvement .This was 1 ton coil compressor ,original manufacturer from China made it very weak on some places but after improvement was done by us now we got super strong tool for next time

Not bad tool for any suspension work ,still you have to be careful,THIS ALL IMPROVEMENT WAS JUST FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY . WHATEVER YOU DO YOU DO AT YOUR OWN RISK
