Aftermarket speakers

Hello, my current ES350 has the stock speakers and 2 speakers are shot, they pop and crackle at high volume. I was wondering if there is aftermarket speakers that anyone knows about that are plug and play. If not, whats the correct way to get them done. i want to replace all door speakers, the back sub speakers, and the outer 2 dash speakers since i feel that the other speaker is gonna take too much work. Any tips?

I replaced the stocks with infinity reference and they sound great even on the stock amp. Plug and play if you buy from Crutchfield except the front speakers by the windshield. Those you will have to cut wires for. But for the doors, they include adapters that plug straight into the factory connectors.
