Default Help: Maintenance warning

Assuming the ES model is same as GS in UK

I own a Lexus GS300H 2014. I reset the maintenance due warning by making sure odometer was in the trip A position then holding down the ODO button whilst depressing the engine start twice without depressing the brake pedal and waiting for the flashing zero's to stop.

I now have a warning coming up on the dash saying 'resetting of maintenance data incomplete'. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this message?

I have used an OBD2 tester to check if any faults but saying No faults detected.

Completely baffled............

Try resetting again. It should work.

Or try unhooking the battery for a reset and then try again, just an option to look into.
