Don't know if this helps you or not, but I have a 2013 ES 350.... still have the original pads on and the mileage on the car is just a little over 49,200 miles. When I had my tires rotated last time I asked them to check the brake pads and they told me I had plenty of pad left. Also have a 2010 Toyota 4 runner with the original pads... truck just hit 75K miles... when I had my tires rotated last month I asked them to check the brake pads... Told me they were still great...

My brake rotors had slightly warped at 100k, just a couple months ago. The guy said the pads still had some life in them and didn't need changing right away, but recommended to get everything done anyway. This is mostly highway driving and stop and go highway, so I guess they became warped on the annoying rush hour speeds that range anywhere from 15mph to 80mph.

my 2016 has 49,600 miles on it i had the dealership inspect pads at last oil change i was told the rear look like they are still new and the fronts are at more than half
i dont see in the history where they have ever been replaced before so i think they are original
