Default ES300H - Faulty radio Head Unit

Has anyone encounter this issue?
Few weeks ago my radio started having issue, cutting in and out.
Then my Backup camera started doing the same, would not stay on while in reverse.
Now my Navigation doesn't stay on track while driving. It will go off route and then reset.

Lexus Dealer is telling me they never encountered this type of an issue, and it is pointing to the Radio Head Unit. Parts alone to replace the device is $2200..

Coincidentally, my extended warranty expired two months ago.

I'm sorry that's terrible. I found a few on eBay. I'm not sure if you'd have to get them unlocked for the car though.

Good luck!

Before you put in a new head unit, get the 12v battery load tested and also unplug the battery and see if the problem goes away. This kind of problem can popup when the battery is dying. Also you can completely power cycle the system by pressing and holding the power/volume button for about 3-6 seconds. Also there is a diagnostic menu for the radio that you can access.
