We need more information before we can help.
What model do you have? Just including the number portion of the full model name may be confusing, since the number is an indication of engine size and engines are shared among different models. But I assume that you have an ES 300h? Is that correct?
What model year is the vehicle?
What is the situation when this happens? Has it always happened, even from when you first got the car, or is it something more recent? If it is something more recent, has anything changed in your routine?
Finally, posting your question in the model-specific forum will probably get you quicker, more complete answers.

Beeps how?
One long beep?
Several short beeps? If so, how many?
I once didn't engage Park when I got out of the car (I'm accustomed to driving a manual transmission) and heard a long continuous beep when I exited the car.
Not saying this is your particular issue, however it's possible the gear selector position switch is slightly out of whack and is not sensing the Park position properly.

The bottom line here is that if you exit the car and it is beeping on you, you forgot something. Either the lights are on or the gear not in park, or the windows not closed completely or you left the key in the car ...etc

There was a similar thread recently regarding a chime randomly while the car was being used. No one could figure it out. Turns out it was the OP's Samsung phone with a notification...
Nothing to do with the car... And regarding the "older generation" getting lost and confused, nobody I know gets younger, only older. Although technology sometimes seems to be leaving me behind too. LOL

Im tracking it again as to what type of Beep is and how long. I didn't really pay attention to it more than looking at the ignition completely off, everything closed and shut and nothing left on. Ill post it again as to the type of Beep it is. Never really paid attention. Think it was a dung, dung, dung flat constant as best I can describe it.
