Default Factory Spoiler Install

Has anyone installed an OEM factory spoiler on a 2016 and up ES350 post vehicle purchase?

I just purchased a factory spoiler and noticed that it comes with four factory metal screws embedded onto the underside of the spoiler. I don't want to drill holes into the trunk so my thought is to shave down the screws flat with a dremel and use 3M tape. The issue/question I have is that the spoiler is so small, there isn't much space to add additional 3M tape besides a couple bare spots and the thin tape already included.

Does anyone have one installed with just tape and has it stayed on without issue? Or should I just have the dealer install it with the factory screws?

I would call the Dealership for a quote first, then make a decision based on that. Maybe check with a custom shop or even an auto body shop if you feel Lexus wants too much. I wouldn't install it with the 3M tape alone.

My mom has a rear spoiler on her accord and it's on with 3m tape. Do it right and it wont come off. Do it on a day it's like 85degree out and let the car bake in the sun and then stick it on and put some weights on it like wood blocks or bricks( obviously dont scratch the car, put something under). They charge stupid amounts just to put screws in ur trunk and when it rains hard you may see those rust streaks coming from under it.
