Does anyone no where I can find the current map dat version for my 2015 ES?

Open "options" button in the upper left corner of the map,
select "map data" and the date will be displayed.
Your 2015 will likely show **-2014-*** as the OEM map.

Go to www.lexusdrivers.com and open "Resources".
Find Multimedia Update and enter your 2015 ES Nav and
you will find that there is a free update available, Grab a
flash drive and download it, use the USB in the console to install.

This is NOT the Navigation update for your original question but
will update various Bluetooth and voice recognition software.

 

 

I checked for 2014 updates and none available. Can I install the 2015 updates in my 2014 ES 350?

 

Your 2014 ES has a Generation 7 navigation system. The 2015 ES has a Generation 8 navigation system. So, I'm confident in guessing that the update for the 2015 ES would not be compatible with the 2014 ES. Also, the Generation 7 system in your 2014 ES stored map data on a hard drive. I believe that the 2015 ES Generation 8 system was when Lexus started to use an SD card for storing the map data. So, the 2015 system is completely different from what you have on your 2014.
