same lights, same results
I ordered the bulbs from the link provided, removed three screws from under the bumper and installed the bulbs. No lift needed. First time doing it took less than 20 minutes. I love it!

Thanks man, I'm looking for how to remove the stock fog lights, and put new LEDs on my 14 ES350.

The manual explains how to access the fogs. Pretty straight forward. Good luck!

Page 737 of the 2014 owner's manual. Procedure is same for 2013 - 2014...

update:

Here is my LEDs upgraded for my ES350 fog lights with lasfit h11, I like it, bright and cool white color. it's not hard if you find the right way as talked in this thread.

FYI

H16 The Lexus Stock halogen fog lights are Low Power and draw about 18 watts

H11 Which is more popular and almost identical will fit, and they draw more power at 55 Watts, therefore more Lumen output on the road.

For reference the Sylvania ZEVO LED pull about 8.2 watts
