Has anyone attempted doing this to 13 - 15 model years? Can it be done?

I am aware that it can be fitted, but the plugs/wiring may need modification, is there a wiring harness kit out that can do a direct swap n' plug?

I am in love with the 16 LED tail lights and I must have them.

There's no way to tell unless you compare the harnesses. But, the light types haven't changed. The park/brake lights are still LED and the indicators and reverse are incandescent, Simone can imagine the harness would be the same.

Ok so here are some pics of the corner light. Check if these Match and if they do that means the trunk one will too.

Any updates on this if the swap is possible?

I have a 16 so I'm slowly helping the op by providing pics of my harnesses to see if they match.

When you mean the corner lights, you mean the rear (outside) plug harness?
