If by "OTD" you mean with, no trade, plus tax, title, etc... That sounds like a screaming deal. If there's a trade involved, that's meaningless.
If you mean $42,500 is the negotiated price off of MSRP, that would be a little high.

If you can share those fees with us, it would be easier to determine your actual price. But, my rough estimate looks like you're getting over 13% off MSRP, which would be the best deal I've seen from your area on any ES.

$42,500 sounds very good for a 2015 but maybe about right for a 2014. I don't know what the taxes, license and fees in your area are though.

Do the options include dealer add-ons or is it all factory optioned?

LOL - I always find these interesting. What is your tax rate (state and local)? What are your tag and title costs, etc? Why not just subtract those (variable) components and tell us what your SELLING price was. Percentage off MSRP is fine. We don't actually need figures. To give you a better idea, most are getting right around 12% off MSRP for the 2014's. Not nearly as well on 2015s so a 8% discout from MSRP would be good for a '15. Now, you answer us... are your actual figures near those discounts? If so, then you are good!

It makes a difference, so you should know. If they are (unwanted) dealer add-ons, they should be subtracted automatically, and it makes the deal is not as sweet as you think IMHO.
