Default Sun Visor

My ES350 sits in the sun while I'm at work (I'm in So-Cal).....I'm considering a sun visor to put in the front window while parked but I don't want those cheap foil looking ones. Anyone have any recommendations?

I know they are a little pricey, but my wife swears by the one you can get at the dealer. If I had been thinking, I probably should've had them throw it in with the deal

I got the Altus Platinum Magic Shade, on Amazon. It is nice because it is in 2 pieces, and twist folds away. And is easy to hide. Much better than those big accordion foldin ones, imo. Make sure you get the right size, go measure the height of your window before ordering, and check spec's height.

good luck, Mike

One of our site sponsors, Sewell Lexus, has one. It says it's custom tailored to fit the ES. Same one fits the ES and ESh: http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...2013/2660.html

I've been using Covercraft windshield heat shields. They are custom made to fit your car. They fit perfectly. They are much more substantial than other ones. You can get them in several different colors. I've had several of them over the years. They lasted me about 4 years. Well worth it. They reflect the sun well and work far better than the thinner, less expensive ones. They cost about $50.00. You can order them online. Just go to covercraft.com.
