It does help deflecting the wind and rain when you leave a crack on the window. But I just got it cause I liked the way it looked. And if it wasn't a Toyota Accessory (Japan), I probably wouldn't have gotten it.

I recently ordered some from Steve @ Carson Toyota. Mine are somewhere on the water between Japan and Cali.

My personal opinion (feel like I'm doing a lot of naysaying lately, lol)... I don't like them.

I know a lot of JDM Aristos have 'em and it's a cool accessory. I just can't get over the US use for them which is primarily on pickup trucks and cars with heavy smokers so they can crack the window.

This may even be a stereotype, but that's what they're mounted on here in the south and I can't get that out of my head.

Again - just my personal opinion. If folks like them, they should get them and enjoy them!

I just got them strictly because it gives a JDM look. Weathertech...never on my ride.

sup folks. Personally I like them. I do have them, but I don't smoke, I can say that I have used them during the rain to let some fresh air in instead of using the defrosters and all. Originally I got them because it was a JDM part that hardly anyone had, but that was 3 yesrs ago and now they're readily available. I still dig *** though. JDM is off the hook.

I'm with Dave...not for me. They're almost exclusively a truck and/or smoker thing here in the South

i guess its a personal/geographical thing heheh , but seriously if you guys see the ARISTO visors in person they look very nice, theyre very slim and is not too far away from the window itself, its a nice shade of brown, and personally i think it gives the gs that one extra added touch when it comes to detail. .02 shiny pennies. If you do decide on getting them DONT GET THE AFTERMARKET ONES...TRUST ME YOULL BE SORRY. contact Steve, user SUPRATRD, or talk to Carson Toyota and buy the real deal, toyota stamped product

Do the visors add any extra wind noise at speeds?

PEACE.

no, they dont. if anything when your window is cracked open, the noise is less, since the air is being deflected by the visor...
