Mike, Can you chop a staggered CV1 on it? I think it's even doable if keep the front and rear tires in same width.

here i am saying, the es is fantastic
Ditto.

I called the 4GS ugly. I call the new ES beautiful. It is a sleek, sporty, inspiring shape. I think this will kill the competition.

It's a shame they don't offer AWD on this. With AWD I think it would bring back some German buyers to Lexus.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the new ES. I was expecting to be underwhelmed especially since it was going to have FWD proportions. Despite a pretty big front overhang, Lexus somehow got it looking great. It is a very sleek and elegant design and this will be a big hit for Lexus.

Saw live pics on Autoblog first, which for some reason shows an ES hybrid with different wheels. Was disappointed, but then came here and saw better pics

LOVE it! ESh gets 40mpg in the city.... that is pretty incredible. I'm guessing hwy in the low 30's. Either way, a home run for sure! This is the first Lexus, since i bought my 2IS in 2006, that i would be interested in.

I'm happily surprised to see that they've designed the ES to be more attractive and sporty looking.

Mark Templin mentioned 8 Lexus hybrids...I can only think of 7:

CT 200h
HS 250h
ES 300h
GS 450h
LS 600h L
SC 600h

RX 450h

You're even including the SC600h LOL. I wouldn't be so optimistic that the LF-LC is going into production this soon.

I would replace the SC600h on your list with the the IS300h and the GS300h, the trademarks of both of which have already been filed in some countries. If the GS300h isn't coming out then maybe the RX450h AWD and the RX450h FWD can count as two models lol.
