Default Differences across the 2013-2015 range ES?

Hi all, I have a 2015 ES300h. I’m in the market for another one.

my brother briefly had a 2013 ES350 and one difference I noticed is that when the cluster screen is on “Current MPG”, the 2013 just had a bar that goes up and down and the 2015 had little dividers with numbers to see slightly more accurately your current MPG

I’m looking for other differences, mainly in the infotainment section.

my 2015 allowed for 3-way split screen. Nav on half, audio 1/4, and I put my hybrid battery monitor in the last 1/4.

I would really like to retain that layout.

I’ve seen an older style screen menu from what I had on the 15 when scrolling through CarGurus.

I am also curious on other general updates over the 3 YMs, no matter how small.

Any input appreciated.

Also, generally on buying this gen, it doesn’t seem that many came with added safety features like LDA, PCS, RCTA, etc. I’ve seen a few with added SWC buttons but not in example cars I would otherwise purchase due to other options in, or not in, the example.

Default I have a 2013

I have a 2013 and the screen does not divide like that nor does the dash display show anything but a bar which moves back and forth when you stand on the accelerator. Most other things are exactly the same. of course the dash display does have a series of other items it shows when you go through the menu.

I don't think you would see a difference in the screen configurations if you compared like models.

Thank you, so no split screen on the 2013. I will probably just limit my search to 2015 just to be sure.

You're comparing a hybrid to a standard gas configuration, or am I missing something?

no? I’m not looking at 350s. I’m curious in the minor updates from 13-15 300hs with focus on the media screen UI.

That's not what you stated in your OP:
"I have a 2015 ES300h. I’m in the market for another one.
my brother briefly had a 2013 ES350 and one difference I noticed is that when the cluster screen"

2015 got a newer generation of infotainment compared to the 2013-2014 models. 2016 and up got a newer infortainment compared to the 2015 MY.

2016 and up got alot of changes. Front headlights, front bumper. Rear taillights. Steering wheel, dash, shifter column, rear view mirror and more.
