No, and it is not cheap. BG products are some of the best around. We can agree to disagree.

No Offense rmak. I like to look into things before using additives. After looking up the MSDS for the BG Super Cool and seeing it contained 2 chemicals not recommended by Toyota, I went to their website and questioned them about it. The BG Technical Group finally responded today "That is an outdated SDS. Yes, BG Supercool is compatible with all modern coolant formulations." I seems the formula has been updated, but not the MSDS on the web. So I would believe there is no issue with Super Cool.
I like many of the BG products. I have used the 44K in my gas, and had the intake on my other car with direct injection cleaned by one of their Techs at my friends service station with BG Platinum Air Intake, Valve & Combustion Chamber Cleaner. I am not going to use any additives myself in the cooling system, but if I towed or operated under high stress conditions might. I'll stick to regular changes. I do not believe in any additives to my oil after watching the Motor Oil Geeks videos, and the last 2 oil changes switched to Valvoline Restore and Protect.
