I am thinking that voltage on hybrid battery was very low and unstable voltage could be causing this error.
anyway i will first follow up your pdf file and after that rebuild hybrid battery and replace 12 v battery just in case.......than check it again.
It includes the electrical diagrams. You may want to lookup pinout for the throttle body and check it directly with a multimeter. I can help it you need any reference from a working 300h (e.g. compare resistance of the motor).
if you don't have hybrid battery DTC its unlikely to the be hybrid battery.
yes it has hybrid dtc so i thinkk first to rebuild habrid battery cell than reeplace new 12 v battery about 1000 cca its a beast battery
than if still voltage is unstable i have to go after throtle body position sensor.
Here is update,
i put new 12 v battery
new (rebuild) hybrid battery
still cant start the car.
after that did remove airfilter and snorkel from throttle body ,clean with cleaner body.
than put into ready mode not touching brake just to inspect gas pedal sensor.
observation after gas pedal is pressed no movement on butterfly on throtle body.
because i didnt connect MAF sensor and purge solenoid valve another 2 code showed up.,nothing to worry about.Big problem is why cant start engine???
After that try to isolate hybrid battery and put car into Maintenance MODE still engin just start than after 2 sec. Turning off .
Checked fuse 10 Amp for etcs and it was ok.
I didnt find BT+ signal on t. stream ,or there is there but under different name ,you can see picture and tell me which one is it.
question does gas pedal sensor should follow throtle body butterfly ??

I am not sure how to follow this in order to pin point issue ,why enging will not start. This are codes that showed up when airfilter box was removed and maf sensor ,in order to get access to throttle body and just clean it up ,it wasnt dirty as i was expecting.
new update ,
one thing i have noticed when we were cleaning this electronic throttle body we did push start button twice and put car in acc mode ,my helper was pressing accelerator pedal but throtlle butterfly didnt open .
so how to find out who is at fault throttle body or accelerator pedal????

this time lexus es 300h is giving me very hard time........
Now when you remove cloth cover between back seat and hybrid battery you see that there is nothing to stop those harmful gases from hybrid battery cells (NiMh cells) to enter our cabin. Here you can see that we had removed plastic bracket which was restricting air flow and venting out harmfull gases froM Hybrid cells iN to trunk space.So now we had great cooling for all hybrid cella and batteries runs much better than before.THIS was In our case,in your case should be maybe a bit different . Here is closer look of the cavity and no more air restriction.I think we made improvement here.If anybody got better explanation why toyota ,lexus ,avalon put restriction plastic bracket here please let us know.
well, didn’t you say your Es300h was going to kill you with all the toxic gas from the battery?
It’s probably a good thing that you can finally move on from it and trade it in for another car?
I think this is just one more detail that es is not good lexus ,but i am thinking that i am close to fix this ,key problem was that throttle position was ON when car is not running.
i think throttle position should be OFF like on one camry hybrid we observed using t.stream software.
looks like we have to replace throttle pisition sensor ,but its all one body so it will be whole throttle body ordered.
i hope that was causing this all minor inconvenience.
