I don't know about 15k but 20k OCI is definitely doable (550k miles with 20k oil changes).

Mobil says it is good for 20k, and the guy with 550k Rav4 believes them. I personally stick with 10k.

Any name brand pure synthetic oil will do the job. Castrol, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Quaker State, Mobil one, Shell, they're all excellent. I use my '98 Corvette only during the summer
(5 months) when I can drop the top. I put about 5-600 miles each year on it every summer so I only change the oil every other year. Always comes out clean.
