Get the Bosch 6055C as it claims HEPA level protection - see below.

However, It really does not make that much difference if you stick with a name brand (Purolator, Fram, Wix, Bosch or Toyota) or house name brand (Carquest, NAPA, AutoZone etc) from a major parts chain.

All have to flow and filter according to the manufacturer's specifications in order to work.
Beware of too restrictive cabin air filters that can stop your air flow. I had that problem with a carbon one a few years ago, but forget the brand.
Those with carbon claim to stop more smells, but these are dubious claims at best considering the size of the cabin air filter.

I know Bosch makes some cabin air filters with claims of HEPA level protection as I installed one on my Sister's BMW.
I found the Lexus application: Your local auto parts store or Amazon probably has it in stock. This same filter model also fits a bunch of Dodge models and other Lexus & Toyota models.

Replacing the Cabin Air Filter on your 2011 Lexus ES350? The Bosch 6055C is a genuine replacement, with the fit of an Original Equipment part.
Cabin air filters are designed to clean the air that enters a vehicle through the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Cabin air filters absorb fumes, pollen, dust and pollutants from entering a vehicle and protects passengers from being exposed to these elements, especially those affected by allergies and other respiratory problems. Bosch HEPA Premium Cabin Air Filters are designed and tested to meet High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) standards based on ISO 29463-3:2011 and provide filtration efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 microns. This efficiency provides ultimate protection in trapping allergens, dust and other particulates that can enter your vehicle and provides the cleanest air possible for you and your family.
Features and Benefits:
Additional static cotton layer added to HEPA Media to provide high capacity in holding small particulates
High Efficiency Particulate Cabin Air Filters are designed to trap microscopic pollutants including pollen, mold and common allergens
Provides true clean air to enhance respiratory health without adding formulated chemical odor neutralizer
Recommended replacement at 12,000 miles or per vehicle owners manual
Structural ribs added to provide increase stability of Filter

You may get more benefit from Flonase and Zyrtec than from a new cabin filter, although you never know!

+1 on Bosch Cabin Filter. That’s what I’ve been using on mine and it seems to be well made.

For the engine I recommend Lexus OE, they’re a lot cheaper than I thought. Lexus updated the original design with a new part number which seems to be cheaper to manufacturer and is made in the USA. The original part number from Japan had an extra plastic reinforcement spine to hold the pleats in place, but it’s no longer available.

Lexus P/N: 17801-YZZ06

Another good choice is a Bosch 5520WS. It has a rubber gasket and that plastic spine to reinforce the pleats. I tried it with no issues for over two years.
