Get the Bosch 6055C as it claims HEPA level protection - see below.
However, It really does not make that much difference if you stick with a name brand (Purolator, Fram, Wix, Bosch or Toyota) or house name brand (Carquest, NAPA, AutoZone etc) from a major parts chain.
All have to flow and filter according to the manufacturer's specifications in order to work.
Beware of too restrictive cabin air filters that can stop your air flow. I had that problem with a carbon one a few years ago, but forget the brand.
Those with carbon claim to stop more smells, but these are dubious claims at best considering the size of the cabin air filter.
I know Bosch makes some cabin air filters with claims of HEPA level protection as I installed one on my Sister's BMW.
I found the Lexus application: Your local auto parts store or Amazon probably has it in stock. This same filter model also fits a bunch of Dodge models and other Lexus & Toyota models.
Replacing the Cabin Air Filter on your 2011 Lexus ES350? TheBosch 6055C is a genuine replacement, with the fit of an Original Equipment part.

+1 on Bosch Cabin Filter. That’s what I’ve been using on mine and it seems to be well made.
For the engine I recommend Lexus OE, they’re a lot cheaper than I thought. Lexus updated the original design with a new part number which seems to be cheaper to manufacturer and is made in the USA. The original part number from Japan had an extra plastic reinforcement spine to hold the pleats in place, but it’s no longer available.
Lexus P/N: 17801-YZZ06
Another good choice is a Bosch 5520WS. It has a rubber gasket and that plastic spine to reinforce the pleats. I tried it with no issues for over two years.
