Has anyone broken their 2008 ES350 console lid latch? One side "flat ear-like slider" was broken loose, but it still closed. The second gave way, now it flops half-open due to the spring loaded rear hinges.
This is a unique setup, which the lid/pad slides forward/back and pops up/open when pulling on the front lever, with no obvious latch catch.
Have not found that replacement mechanism online. All have been the simple front latch/catch.
Please advise.
