Nav System Update
Hi, I tried searching the forum for this specific question, but didn't find an answer.
I recently purchased a used 2007 ES 350 with the luxury package. Beautiful car and very happy overall with it. While yes, my phone has navigation and I generally use it, it'd be nice for longer trips to just have the nav system on the car be used instead.
I'm suspecting no one ever updated the maps on this thing. Everything I'm seeing says that getting the most recent map pack from Lexus will be $200+, which of course I don't want to spend. I have seen folks recommend getting the map pack on ebay, which I think I can search for and probably find one. I am wondering though, would Toyota maps work? Is the nav system the same as the lexus system?
