If I sit in the passenger seat of my wife's 2008 ES 350, there are 2 vents. Somebody had broken one of the 'silver' tabs. I could glue it, BUT, it has fallen inside the vent. I'd like to remove the vents and make everything good again.

Is there a quick way I can get the vent out without removing the central console???
